Teach For All

Tfa dangler

Teach For All is a global network of independent, locally led and governed partner organizations in more than 60 countries that are working to develop collective leadership to ensure all children fulfill their potential. Through its Climate Education and Leadership initiative, Teach For All is cultivating the leadership of network educators, staff members, alumni, and students for tackling the climate crisis by highlighting the importance of climate education, building in-school readiness, growing leadership for advancing climate education across all parts of the education system, and elevating local voices from all over the world.

Building systems to support students’ resilience, agency, and leadership so they can pioneer solutions to the climate crisis.

  • Why this matters

Reaching the point where all children have the education, support, and opportunity to navigate and thrive in the world they'll inherit will require multiple solutions and systemic change. Teach For All believes that no government or leader alone can accomplish this. Thus, it requires collective leadership — people who have experienced the inequities being addressed and their allies, working together across lines of difference and levels of power and throughout the system, in pursuit of all children fulfilling their potential to shape a better future for themselves, and all of us.

  • What you can do

Teach For All network partners are investing in promising leaders who commit at least two years to teach in marginalized communities and become lifelong advocates for systemic change. Network partners recruit individuals of all backgrounds and train and support them to develop students holistically. This teaching experience is foundational for a lifetime of leadership. Find out how educators across the Teach For All network support the inclusion of empowering climate education in the school experience of all children and access resources you can adapt to your own community and classroom.
