The TUMO Center for Creative Technologies is a free of charge learning program that reaches over 30,000 teenagers worldwide. Through their Climate Net project they are installing IoT climate change observation sensors on all TUMO Boxes in Armenia. Boxes are learning spaces made of recycled shipping containers that serve as satellite TUMO locations in smaller communities. The data collected from these sensors is live-streamed on an open source platform.

Putting the future in the hands of those who will be most affected by it. Because young people are the stakeholders of our climate future.

  • Why this matters

TUMO's mission is to create life changing learning experiences on a large scale, all while making a significant contribution to mitigating climate change. They are dedicated to advocating for climate action beyond borders, because the challenges we face are global in nature.

  • What you can do

Recognize that young people are the main stakeholders of our climate future. Empower them to take charge and chart the course for the world they want to live in.
